It’s Summer For Cryin’ Out Loud

That means NO clothing that covers below your elbows or knee caps. When running during the summer these items are banned:

Long sleeve t-shirts (including compression shirts)
Jackets of any kind (I don’t care if it’s raining....deal with it)
Tights, Yoga Pants, Capris, Leggings (even long socks bother me)

If I see you running with any of these items between now and September 1, I may take one of the following actions

1) punch you in the face
2) hip check you into an oncoming cyclist
3) punch you in the face, thereby knocking you into an oncoming cyclist

And while I’m on a roll here those big bug-eyed sunglasses need to go ladies. There are sunglasses made specifically for running and active people. Spend $10 and get a pair. I can’t tell you how stupid you look. Sure my shorts are dirty, my socks are mismatched and I’m wearing a neon-green hat but none of those break my above rules.

Thanks and stay the hell out of my way.

Oh man I've seen people out the past few morning in full track suits, pants and jackets, while I've been sweating buckets in my tank and shorts. What is wrong with people? Surely they don't think by sweating more they will actually lose more weight???
